Brick or blockwrk cannot be built on faulty foundations; therefore we work to building regulation standards and can dig and pour footings, building your structure with precision and accuracy and where needed to structural engineer specifications to give you peace of mind and ensure longlevity of the project outcome.

GROUNDWORKS
Working closely with building control/strucural engineers and learned expertise we provide a comprhensive Groundworks Service, utilising mini or micro diggers where access is restricted. Muck is stored on ground boards where a skip is not practical, and uplifted by bucket lorry
- Footings excavated with mini-digger

CARPENTRY
Our team have extensive experience gathered over time from apprenticeship to hands on design-and-build in a wide range of materials. We will work with you to offer those tailored finishes so your pleasure is guaranteed to bring a smile on each occasion you are drawn to details that you instigated to sit inside your newly created Loft/Roof conversion.

ELECTRICAL
This is a key requirement for having any interior work undertaken with success of the whole project resting on sign-off by building control. You may use an electrician of your choice yet if left to us we utilise trusted and clean working companies that we have gained a working relationship with over time.
If its an extension or outbulding, the integration into your existing system is considered and if a new distribution is needed, we will discuss with you all those requirements.
